We are pleased to share insights from the MARINEWIND 2nd UK co-creation workshop, coordinated by UoY and hosted at the “Energi Coast Regional Supply Chain Showcase Event”.
🌊 On April 17th, 2024, stakeholders from various sectors in the offshore wind energy industry came together.
The primary objectives of the Energi Coast NOF’s event were to foster engagement within the supply chain industry, focusing on innovative production and market strategies to accelerate the deployment of floating offshore wind in the North East of England waters. Discussions centered on industry insights, identifying barriers, and enablers to drive progress in offshore wind technology.
Attendees had the opportunity to:

MARINEWIND aims to increase societal acceptance of FOWT facilities through science-based evidence, supporting investment from both private sector and public authorities while accelerating their commercialization. The event engaged representatives from diverse sectors, including public authorities, supply chains, engineering firms, research institutes, and SMEs. A total of 125 participants contributed to making this event impactful!
